Rachel Polton

Rachel has undertaken a number of customer service roles over the years and has more recently been working for a children’s charity. 

Being married to a vet, she feels very ‘at home’ within the veterinary environment and loves helping and supporting people with their animal care. 

She is kept busy outside of work with her two fairly grown up children with whom she still enjoys cycling in the Yorkshire Dales and skiing. Otherwise she can usually be found doing Pilates, baking or playing with her mischievous cats, Sasha and rescue cat, Penny.
